150 g | 5 oz | 5 cups baby spinach leaves, washed
1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
2 celery sticks, peeled and diced
60 g | 2 oz | 1/4 cup unsweetened plain yoghurt
300 ml | 11 fl oz | 1 1/3 cups water
120 g | 4 oz | 1/2 cup crushed iceMethod:
1 Combine the spinach leaves, cucumber, celery, yoghurt, and water in a blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.
2 Add the crushed ice and blend again for a further minute. 3 Pour into glasses and serve immediately for best results.
