Natural Yoghurt Dessert

Ingredients:


180 g | 6 oz | 3/4 cup unsweetened probiotic yoghurt


350 g | 12 oz | 1 1/2 cups unsweetened plain yoghurt


2 tbsp granulated stevia


2 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch ground cinnamon




Method:


1 Beat together the yoghurts, stevia, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.



2 Divide between pots and serve immediately for best results.



Tips:
The stevia can be omitted for sweetener-free version.

Can be covered and chilled for up to three days.
