Ingredients:


80 g | 3 oz | 1/3 cup virgin coconut oil


1 1/2 tsp granulated stevia


1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


1 pinch sea salt


200 g | 7 oz | 1 cups quinoa flakes


50 g | 1 3/4 oz | 1 cup millet flakes


120 g | 4 oz | 1 cup whole almonds




Method:


1 Preheat the oven to 190°C (170° fan) | 375F | gas 5. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.



2 Place the coconut oil in a saucepan and melt over a medium heat. Once melted, stir in the stevia, ground cinnamon, and salt.



3 Scrape into a bowl. Add the quinoa flakes, millet flakes, and almond. Stir well to coat evenly before spreading out on the baking tray in an even layer.



4 Bake for about 20 minutes until golden-brown and dry to the touch.



5 Remove from the oven and leave to cool before breaking up with a fork. Store in an airtight container before serving.
