Ingredients:


240 g | 8 oz | 1 cup unsalted butter


70 g | 2 1/2 oz | 1/2 cup coconut flour


60 g | 2 oz | 1/2 cup whole almonds, finely chopped


4 tbsp millet


4 tbsp coconut milk


4 tbsp virgin coconut oil, melted


2 tbsp granulated stevia


1 pinch sea salt




Method:


1 Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until thoroughly mixed.



2 Roll into bite-sized truffles between slightly damp palms.



3 Arrange on a lined tray, spaced apart. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
