Ingredients:


600 ml | 21 fl oz | 2 1/2 cups plain unsweetened kefir


1 tbsp flax seeds


1 pinch sea salt


150 g | 5 oz | 5 cups baby spinach leaves, washed


120 g | 4 oz | 1/2 cup crushed ice




Method:


1 Combine the kefir, flax seeds, salt, and spinach leaves in a blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.



2 Add the crushed ice and blend again on high until smooth.



3 Divide between glasses and serve immediately for best results.
